Quality and warranty: In this case, we will take over the shipping costs. You can choose between an exchange, coupon or a refund.

Color and fit: If you are not sure about your size or color we recommend to contact us first. We like to communicate with our customers to improve our performance. We are open to discuss a refund of the shipping cost depends on the exchange reasons. We can offer you a coupon or a reduced refund. Please understand that we are a tiny company that is struggling to make his way.

As the garment is specially tailored for you we have to offer our piece for a highly discounted price. In case we sell our piece, we will refund the achieved price. We recommend contacting us first before you fill in the "tailored sheet". Let's do it together. We prefer satisfied customers!  Just a quick chat for your new "Lieblingsstück".
